SCOTT LITTLE
co-founded Talos in 1997. He oversees Talos' business activities and manages
the strategic direction of the company. Scott also manages Talos' Management
Consulting and Information Security practices. Scott has more than fifteen
years of experience in the information technology field and has considerable
design, development, and management experience with a wide variety of system
architectures. Scott has managed numerous large-scale decision support and data
warehousing projects for clients including MCI Worldcom, the Office of the
Secretary of Defense, and Capital One. He is the author of more than fifty
project management plans, security plans, cost-benefit analyses, system
architecture plans, requirements specifications, software development plans,
system transition plans, and trade studies.
Prior to pursuing his graduate degrees, Scott worked for SRA International (NYSE:SRX), where he supported business operations, program management, and corporate development. Scott holds Bachelors Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Philosophy from Johns Hopkins University, and a Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia.
ROB SMITH
co-founded Talos in 1997 and currently serves as its Chief Technology Officer.
He brings over fifteen years of information technology consulting and
management experience to Talos. Rob oversees the technical aspects of all Talos
programs and also manages the Information Systems Development practice. He has
led numerous IT projects and programs. He has authored dozens of project
management plans, work breakdown structures, strategic plans, requirements
documents, system architectures, and trade studies. Rob is proficient in
application design and development, logical and physical database design, and
large-scale system roll-outs. As a system architect and programmer, Rob has
developed and implemented large web-based applications, decision support
systems, data warehouses, data marts, and client-server applications. Prior to co-founding Talos, Rob was Director of the Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) Division at SRA International (NYSE: SRX). Rob holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from George Washington University.
JIM LITTLE
joined Talos in December of 2000, and currently serves as Talos' Director of
Business Development. Jim also oversees Talos' Studies and Analysis practice.
Jim has over 11 years of experience in managing large-scale studies programs
for governments and businesses. He has authored numerous project management
plans, technology studies, training guides, and cyber threat assessments, and
has managed financial operations for projects totaling over $300M. Prior to
joining Talos, Jim worked for 3GI, a smart card software company located in
Springfield, Virginia. Before 3GI was acquired by RSA Security (NASDAQ:RSAS) in
May, 2001, Jim held a several positions at 3GI, including Director of Business
Development, Director of European Operations, and Director of Studies and
Analysis.
Jim holds a Bachelors Degree in Business and Communications from Marymount University. |
