From trading platform to one-stop shop for institutions

Talos’s mission is to provide institutions with end-to-end capabilities for digital asset trading and management.

• Connectivity to top crypto exchanges, OTC desks, and digital asset custodians.
• Portfolio management features, including portfolio rebalancing.
• Trading tools with advanced algorithmic strategies.
• Post-trade operations such as clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• White-label infrastructure for retail brokers, neobanks, and super apps, now accounting for roughly half of the business.

Anton explained that the platform has evolved from serving buy-side institutions, like hedge funds and proprietary trading desks, to powering sell-side providers who want to offer digital asset trading to their own customers.

One of the biggest updates in the interview was the recent Coin Metrics acquisition. Anton described the move as a pivotal step in Talos’s digital asset data integration strategy:

• Over time, Anton envisions a financial landscape where all assets are digital assets, with blockchain forming the backbone of global markets.
