Industry Coalition Calls for US Digital Asset Market Structure Clarity

Talos has joined a broad coalition of digital asset firms and industry organizations in signing a joint letter urging the U.S. Senate Banking Committee to advance comprehensive market structure legislation.

Led by the Crypto Council for Innovation and the Blockchain Association, the letter calls on lawmakers to move forward with the CLARITY Act, emphasizing the need for a clear and durable regulatory framework that supports innovation while ensuring strong investor protections.

Just as legislative clarity has long underpinned the United States’ dominance in traditional financial markets, a cohesive statutory framework for digital assets is what will determine whether the US leads the next generation of global finance or cedes that ground to other jurisdictions moving faster. These foundations are critical for institutions seeking to build, scale and manage risk within a predictable regulatory environment.
