Anton Katz is the Co-founder and CEO of Talos, the premier provider of institutional digital asset technology and data for trading and portfolio management. Based in New York, Anton is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic initiatives around the world. Talos, now a unicorn, has developed a platform that applies the standards of traditional finance to the digital asset markets and is becoming the primary infrastructure used by institutions active in digital assets, from large asset managers and hedge funds to global banks and neobanks.

Prior to co-founding Talos, Anton served as Head of Trading Technology for AQR Capital Management, one of the world’s most prominent quantitative investment firms. Prior to that, he spent six years at Broadway Technology, most recently serving as Director of Software, where he led trading technology development projects for leading banks, asset managers and vendors. He began his technology career at Microsoft.

Anton was born in Ukraine and is a veteran of the Israel Defense Forces. He was a member of the Israeli National Shooting Team and is a gold medalist from the 1998 World Championships. Anton holds a degree in Computer Science from MIT.

Talosの共同創業以前、Antonは世界有数のクオンツ運用会社であるAQR Capital Managementにおいてトレーディング・テクノロジー部門の責任者を務めました。それ以前には、Broadway Technologyに6年間在籍し、直近ではソフトウェア部門ディレクターとして、大手銀行、アセットマネージャー、ベンダー向けのトレーディング技術開発プロジェクトを主導しました。キャリア初期にはMicrosoftにてテクノロジー分野での経験を積んでいます。

Antonはウクライナ出身で、イスラエル国防軍に従軍した経歴を有しています。また、イスラエル代表の射撃チームのメンバーとして活動し、1998年の世界選手権で金メダルを獲得しています。MIT（マサチューセッツ工科大学）にてコンピュータサイエンスの学位を取得しています。

Samar is the Head of International Markets at Talos, the premier provider of institutional digital asset trading and portfolio technology. Splitting his time across Singapore, Paris and London, Samar leads the expansion of Talos across APAC and EMEA, delivering institutional-grade digital asset trading systems to buy- and sell-side clients. Talos has developed a platform that applies the standards of traditional finance to the digital asset markets and is becoming the primary infrastructure used by institutions active in digital assets, from hedge funds and asset managers to banks, broker-dealers and fintech firms.

Over his 20-year career, Samar has worked in a variety of product, strategy, and technology leadership roles at capital markets firms across the industry. Prior to joining Talos, he served as the Global Head of Digital Products for Securities Services at Deutsche Bank, where he co-led the bank’s digital asset strategy and product delivery.

Prior to this, he has held senior Asia-based roles at BNP Paribas, Barclays, and TradeHero after starting his career at Goldman Sachs in New York. Samar holds a degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from INSEAD.

それ以前には、BNPパリバ、バークレイズ、TradeHeroにおいてアジアを拠点とするシニアポジションを歴任し、キャリア初期にはニューヨークのゴールドマン・サックスに勤務しています。Samarはノースウェスタン大学でコンピュータサイエンスの学位を取得し、INSEADにてMBAを取得しています。
