Forbes names Talos one of America's Best Startup Employers for the second year in a row

We’re proud to announce that Talos has been recognized as one of America's Best Startup Employers of 2024 by Forbes. The inclusion is the company’s second appearance on the list having also received the accolade in 2023.

America’s Best Startup Employers are determined based on their performance across a number of dimensions, including employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and growth. The ranking is intended to help potential candidates find “innovative and stable startups” to work for. 

More than 7 million data points were gathered and analyzed. Out of 20,000 companies only 3,000 qualified for an in-depth analysis. The America’s Best Startup Employers 2024 title reinforces Talos’s reputation as a great employer. To review the full announcement, click here.
