Reflecting on her journey since leaving traditional finance to join the digital assets space in 2017, Hillary noted significant changes: major asset managers and bulge bracket banks are now establishing dedicated digital asset teams and trading desks. These institutions expect robust infrastructure comparable to traditional financial markets, including advanced compliance tools, comprehensive risk management, and deep liquidity connectivity.

Bridging TradFi and Digital Assets
